HAHA funny. There are so many types of meditation. Humor is one of them. They don't all involve sitting still, being quiet, motionless or thoughtless. You might really enjoy the book, The Book of Joy by Dalai Lama and Desmond Tutu. We're reading currently in the Garden in the One Mind book club. They get into the various forms of meditation in this easy to read/listen to book. Humor is an important element in claiming our joy.
