In coronavirus times, it can be hard to think clearly. As Monk’s theme song’s resounding voice used to greet/warn us, “it’s a jungle out there, disorder and confusion everywhere.”

I never missed an episode, I sang the theme song all the time, and I cried when the last episode aired.
