I have several serrated knives for bread, and there's no substitute for bread.

…u don’t need anything else, but in my case, there are four more knives that I would want. Firstly, a serrated blade knife for slicing bread, a pankiri bōchō. Crusty breads with soft interiors are no match for this beauty!

I have several serrated knives for bread, and there's no substitute for bread. I bake a lot of breads, and each of the serrated blades I have work better for one type of bread or another.
