Keep being the Andy you wish to be -- who you were born to be. One of my favorite things I say to my mentees -- no one tells an acorn, "You will grow up to become a Maple tree." But we do that to humans. Only you know your inside acorn. Be the seed you were born to be. Your writing is beautiful.
