LOL, shaky David. If you read Gladwell's book, or other sources, you come to realize that David was not shaky! He was very certain. I think you should write and write and write. I'm teaching writing workshops now -- the novella writing cohort is going great. I may add more this year, but just keep reading and writing. If you are called to do it, you should keep doing it. Maybe come to our intensive the first week of March. I'll write about that soon.
