Refactoring your life requires that you live in the space between trigger and reaction. That’s a Buddhist concept. We often get triggered. Our reactions are ineffective. Even destructive. We refactor by pausing in that space between trigger and reaction, and making better choices.

So much truth. I have logged in my journal a million and a half meditation minutes over the past 2 years. It makes a difference and maybe you got to this place without meditating! Impressive!
